Two Minute Stress Release is an abbreviated EFT based
protocol.
You
are going to stimulate the flow of energy through a number of
your body's main meridians by touching the points or tapping on
them very gently.
Whilst
you do this, think about something that is causing stress in
your life. It helps to say out loud what it is that is bothering
you as you go through the sequence.
