In health care for over ten years (aromatherapy, massage, and craniosacral therapy), and skilled in a range of modalities. I am now able to offer EFT to my clients.

I have been working in Adult Training/Education for 30 years and for the past 10 years as a therapist. My trainings and workshops are specifically designed for the clients’ needs and environment.
The therapy I offer is short term and solution focused. My clients usually have a range of emotional problems, which we deal with mainly using EFT. Clients are further empowered by learning to use EFT themselves to manage their emotional states and change their behaviours.

I have spent over thirty years learning and practicing self help tools. Among others: EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), Therapeutic Massage, Counseling and Aura –Soma.

Over the three years I have been using EFT I have found it to be an incredibly effective tool for shifting unconscious beliefs and unwanted negative emotions.

‘Bringing Joy into People’s Lives’

Since the mid 1980’s I have gained a Diploma in Shiatsu, and Professional Massage, trained in Reiki and Body Harmony.

My training includes counselling and I’m a qualified NLP practitioner.

In 1997 I became a teacher in Sound Work and learnt the healing power of sound.

Since then I’ve discovered EFT. And have become completely enthusiastic about its powerful yet simple form.

In my practice I now primarily use EFT in conjunction with the other modalities as appropriate.

My special interest fields are:-

 Relationships, Stress management, Emotional issues and Sports performance

I am a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, I am also a Certified Hypno-Birthing Practitioner. I work mainly with women and children's issues. I also work with teens on self esteem, self motivation and study skills...

I also have a Diploma in Social Work, which has elements of Counselling in it.  I have recently worked with Whanau groups, Couples, children, people who have, been victims of sexual abuse, domestic abuse, and who have witnessed traumatic events.   I have found this type of therapy to be very effective.   EFT training by ETANZL 08/2002

I have been using these skill in Therapy work both individual and Group Sessions, especially for women empowering them in weight loss and self esteem.

Over the last year working  with children over a range of emotional problems.

EFT has also been a great success in treatment of people with allergies.

This treatment can be either one on one, group sessions or over the telephone.

Specialty: treating fears, phobias, anxiety and stress related physical ailments.

The training was informative and inspiring. Rehana is a true 'master' and presented the information in a concise manner. I look forward to our next session of training.
I have proved EFT to be a wonderful tool for treating asthma and would like to share this with fellow sufferers.
