About me

My area of Expertise is working with trauma, PTSD, depression, panic attacks, anger, grief and other negative emotions which cause people to remain stuck and unable to develop their highest potential in life. I have over 20 years experience in the adult training and education area. I have designed and delivered training courses as required by my clients on a number of issues involving domestic violence, crisis intervention and substance abuse.

I have experience in counselling children, adolescents and adults individually and in group sessions. Please read my articles on case studies.
